777com Terms and Conditions – Rules & Player Agreement

1 Definitions

Throughout this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings defined here:

• "Platform" means the 777com website at https://777com.life, all subdomains, the mobile web interface, and any applications operated by 777com.
• "Account" means the registered player account held by you on the 777com Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used for all transactions on 777com.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds and any credited bonus funds held within your Account at any given time.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered across eligible games before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Loyalty Points" or "LP" means the points accrued by players through wagers on the 777com Platform as part of the VIP Club programme.
• "VIP Club" means the four-tier loyalty programme operated by 777com, comprising Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond tiers.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a 777com Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Registration by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• You must be a resident of or located within a jurisdiction in which use of the 777com Platform is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on 777com or any affiliated programme at the time of registration.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information including your real full name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address.
• You must not register on behalf of a third party or allow a third party to use your Account.

777com reserves the right to verify your identity and age at any time. Verification may require submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in Account suspension until verification is completed.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 777com Account login credentials. Specifically, you agree to:

• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 777com immediately at support@777com.life if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Keep your registered contact information up to date — particularly your mobile number, which is used for transaction verification.
• Ensure that all payment methods linked to your Account are registered in your own name.

777com will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Any wagers or transactions placed from your Account before you report an unauthorised access incident are considered valid and binding.

4 Deposits

Deposits to your 777com Account are processed in PKR exclusively. The following payment methods are accepted:

• The minimum single deposit is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit on standard accounts; VIP tier limits are detailed in the VIP Club terms.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 777com will reject and reverse deposits from third-party sources.
• Deposit transactions are typically credited to your Account instantly. Processing delays caused by your payment provider are outside 777com's control.
• 777com does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may impose transaction fees — these are the player's responsibility.
• Deposited funds are held in a segregated account separate from 777com's operational funds.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 777com are processed according to the following terms:

• The minimum single withdrawal is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal per transaction for standard accounts.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a payment method registered in your own name and matching your 777com account registration details.
• Standard account withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within the same business day. VIP members receive priority processing — Silver accounts within 2 hours, Gold within 30 minutes, Diamond instantly.
• Withdrawals are only processed to the extent that your Account Balance comprises cleared, real-money funds. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• 777com reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security procedure and is not indicative of any issue with your Account.
• In cases of suspected fraud or account investigation, withdrawals may be placed on hold pending resolution. 777com will notify you by email if this occurs.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free credits, and promotional offers made available on 777com are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. The following general bonus terms apply to all 777com promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your Account's bonus balance. They are not withdrawable until the stated wagering requirement is met.
• Standard welcome and deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount across all eligible game categories unless the promotion page specifies a different figure.
• Only wagers placed with real-money funds contribute toward wagering requirements. Wagers placed with bonus funds do not contribute toward further wagering requirements.
• Different game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and Poker contribute 100%. Fishing Games and Ludo contribute 50%. PSL Betting contributes 80%.
• Bonus funds expire 30 days after being credited unless the promotion page states a different expiry period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• 777com VIP Club weekly cashback is an exception to the standard bonus terms — it is credited as real-money, withdrawable PKR with no wagering requirement attached.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through multiple accounts is abuse and will result in account suspension.
• 777com reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of the change.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on 777com — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Poker, Fishing Games, Ludo Games, and any others offered on the Platform — are governed by published game rules accessible within each game's interface.

• All non-live games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG is independently tested and certified to ensure genuinely random, unbiased outcomes on every game round.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published and accurate. They reflect the theoretical long-term return to the player across a statistically significant volume of game rounds.
• Live dealer games use real-time video streaming from a professional studio. Live game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, wheels) and are not subject to software manipulation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — such as a disconnection, server error, or streaming failure — the round is voided and the stake refunded to your Account. 777com's determination of malfunction events is final.
• Any outcome that 777com can demonstrate to have resulted from a software error, human error in the live studio, or a third-party technical failure is subject to correction, including reversal of resulting winnings.

8 PSL Betting Rules

The following additional terms apply to all wagers placed on PSL Betting markets via 777com:

• Bets are accepted on the markets published on the 777com PSL Betting page. Market availability, opening and closing times, and specific market rules are displayed within the PSL Betting interface.
• Pre-match bets are accepted until the market closure time indicated on each fixture, typically at the first ball of the match or at toss time for toss markets.
• In-play bets are subject to the live odds displayed at the exact moment of bet placement. 777com does not guarantee the availability of in-play markets on any specific fixture.
• If a PSL match is abandoned before a result is legally achievable under DLS rules, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes refunded in full. In-play bets on markets that were completed before abandonment stand.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a clear and demonstrable pricing error are void and will be refunded. This is at 777com's sole discretion, with the determination notified to affected players via account notification.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win. If any selection results in a void (e.g., abandoned match), the accumulator is recalculated with that selection removed.
• Cash Out functionality is available on selected PSL markets. The Cash Out value displayed is the current value of your bet at that moment. Cash Out requests are processed in real time and are not guaranteed to be available on every market or at every point during the match.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 777com and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Creating more than one Account on 777com, regardless of reason.
• Registering an Account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the 777com Platform.
• Colluding with other players to achieve an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or unintended platform behaviour to gain financial advantage.
• Systematically using promotional offers in a pattern that 777com determines constitutes bonus abuse rather than genuine recreational play.
• Attempting to launder money or use 777com for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing, attempting to access, or interfering with another player's Account.
• Sharing your Account login credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your Account.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

777com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to breach of this Agreement, evidence of fraudulent activity, failure to provide requested verification documentation, account inactivity exceeding 12 months, or self-exclusion requests from the Account holder.

In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining Balance may be forfeited in full. In the event of Account closure for any other reason — including player-initiated closure — any verified real-money Balance (net of any unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 777com support at support@777com.life. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777com Platform — including but not limited to the 777com brand name and logo, game interfaces and mechanics, website design, promotional materials, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777com or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Platform for your personal recreational use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, or commercially exploit any 777com content without prior written permission from 777com. Unauthorised use of 777com intellectual property may result in Account suspension and legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

777com provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. 777com accepts no liability for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical failures, or maintenance periods.
• Connectivity failures on the part of your internet service provider or mobile network operator.
• Losses resulting from game outcomes that were fair and governed by certified RNG processes.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

In all cases where 777com is found liable for a proven direct loss, 777com's maximum liability to you is limited to the sum deposited by you in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

13 Privacy & Data

777com collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Your data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, transaction processing, and personalised communications related to your 777com Account. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls.

14 Responsible Gaming

777com is committed to providing a safe, sustainable gaming environment. We offer the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure reminders that notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified period.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gaming (1 day to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your Account. During a cool-off period your Account is suspended for login and all marketing communications are paused.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 777com Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and can be extended indefinitely upon request.

15 Amendments to These Terms
